I support the appeal of residents and Fifth District Councilman Paul Koretz against the LA City Planning Departmentвs approval of an oversized, under-parked rooming house at 11024 Strathmore Drive, which would threaten the integrity of Neutraвs Strathmore Apartments and overwhelm the scale and character of North Westwood Village.
