Replacement Faulty Nissan Murano Lock Actuators

To:  Nissan Motor Company

We are asking that Nissan replace for free all broken door lock actuators on Nissan Muranos. We believe that this is a design fault given the short time to failure and sheer number of defective units.

We are shocked and appaled that this issue has not been addressed, and consider Nissan's response in our decision when we purchase our next vehicle.
