On April 29, 2009, a bill was introduced to Congress, ‘‘Denying Firearms and Explosives to Dangerous Terrorists Act of 2009’’ HR. 2159, that would allow The Attorney General, Eric Holder, to deny any "known" or "suspected" terrorist transfer of a firearm.
RELEVANT FACTS:
What this bill will do is allow ONE MAN the authority to deny firearms to anyone who opposes the administration’s policies or actions. According to U.S. Code : Title 18 : Section 2331: Sub Section 5: This is the definition of a "domestic terrorism".
(5) the term "domestic terrorism" means activities that -
(A) involve acts dangerous to human life that are a violation
of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State;
(B) appear to be intended -
(i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population;
(ii) to influence the policy of a government by
intimidation or coercion; or
(iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass
destruction, assassination, or kidnapping; and
(C) occur primarily within the territorial jurisdiction of
the United States.
Therefore, if you endanger any human, at any point, in any way, during ANY violation of Federal or State law (Think driving while intoxicated, since you would endanger other drivers.), you could now be considered a terrorist. If you speak out against policies, actions, or the conduct of government officials, you would be attempting to coerce a civilian population, therefore, you are a terrorist. For those who have not seen the slew of reports that have leaked out over the past few months out lining who the Department Of Homeland Security considers "extremists" and "terrorists", please take a moment to read the documents below:

The spectrum, of who is considered a threat to our government, is so broad, so encompassing, that it could potentially cover anyone. This is why we must take notice. Our Constitutional right to bear arms, given to us in The Second Amendment to the Constitution, is not only being threatened, it could be terminated with the stroke of a pen. Please take time to read this bill, ‘‘Denying Firearms and Explosives to Dangerous Terrorists Act of 2009” (HR. 2159). Take notice that after denial The Attorney General does not have to give justification for denial. If we challenge the issue, it is written out in the bill, “The court shall sustain the Attorney General’s determination on a showing by the United States by a preponderance of evidence that the Attorney General’s determination satisfied the requirements of section 922A or 922B.”
“The possession of arms by the people is the ultimate warrant that government governs only with the consent of the governed. “
