"Say No To Fahrenheit911"

We, the undersigned, feel that the 9/11 conspiracy film, titled "Fahrenheit911", directed by the controversial Michael Moore, crosses the boundaries of good taste and is offensive in nature. Michael Moore has a history of taking creative license with his productions, basing his "documentaries" on falsehoods and mistruths. We feel that any attempt to portray the events surrounding 9/11 by Michael Moore would be offensive to the memories of those victims that perished that day. Michael Moore is a well-known critic of the War on Terror and the primary purpose of this film is to discredit President Bush.

Thus, we pledge the following:

1. We pledge to NOT support this film in any way. That means we will not only boycott this film, but will explain to others why they should do so as well. It is indecent and immoral to use the memories of the victims of 9/11 for political gain.

2. We pledge to NOT patronize any theatre during the time period in which they are showing this film. If a theatre chooses to promote this film, we will boycott said theatre during that time period. We will NOT support those theatres that choose to air this offensive film.

3. We pledge to begin a letter writing campaign to our local newspaper editors to help spread the word to others to make them aware of the true nature of this film.

4. We pledge to organize peaceful protests outside of those theatres that choose to promote this film. It is our duty to make our fellow citizens aware that this film is not a tribute to the victims of 9/11 but rather a libelous, salacious, inflammatory and anti-American virulent vitriol meant to discredit all patriotic Americans in general and President
Bush in particular.


Shame on Michael Moore for attempting to politicize this tragic event to advance his own agenda. This project is not only morally reprehensible, but also irresponsible and dangerous as it will portray America in a negative light and will turn world opinion against our country. We pledge our peaceful and legal resistance to this film in the memories of those that died that fateful day.
