Bring back the NoHo Arts Festival

To:  LA City Council and CRA/LA

We request the city of Los Angeles and the CRA/LA bring back the NoHo Arts Festival to celebrate the residents and the arts. The festival should be restored to both days on the 3rd weekend in May to coincide with the annual spring carnival.
