In order to protect the character of Longmont that we have all come to
value, we, the undersigned request that the City Council of Longmont put the
Lifebridge Annexation issue on the November, 2007 ballot and provide a full
exposition of the issues involved so the citizens of Longmont can decide
whether the annexation should be approved.
