Are you aware of the fact that from coming academic session the Govt of India has proposed to introduce a new Quota System for addmissions to Professional courses.













If Manmohan Singh cabinet passes a notification to introduce 27\% reservation for OBCs in 20 central universities, IITs and IIMs. The proposal readied by HRD minister Arjun Singh, is before the cabinet, but the current round of state election is holding it up.













The Constitution has been amended for this purpose, and no Political Party is objecting.
