We, the undersigned, ask that the Ministry of Health to Not release
Genetically Modified(GM ) mosquitoes into our Malaysian environment before proper Public Consultations and Independent Scientific Evaluations.

Further, We ask that organizations ( whether private or governmental ) involved in the eventual release of the GM mosquitoes into our Malaysian environment take full responsibility and must be liable for any problems that may arise from the release of this biological control.
