The practical policy for the equal opportunity & well being of people instead of reservation on the basis of Religion, Caste & Sex should be in this way :

Their should not be any reservation at all in education, jobs, etc ;
excluding for physically challenged people.

Their should be only two category i.e.; Financially
Backward category & Open category. The Financially
Backward category should receive complete financially
support (including day to day expense / out of pocket
expense) as per Corporate stander to complete their
education / Sports activities etc Only; no reservation
at all for them even in School, Colleges,
Universities, Jobs, etc. Its should be purely on basis
of merits and not on Religion, Caste & Sex.
