Please Save My Earth (Boku no chikyuu o mamotte - the more precise meaning would be "protect my earth") is a story of love, loss and acceptance. The manga was written by Saki Hiwatari. It was first serialized in the Hana to Yume magazine, and published as graphic novels from 1987 to 1994 by Hakusensha, Inc. Tokyo. The total of the graphic novels was 21.

In 1994, an OAV (Original Animation Video) was made for this popular manga series. However, the series ended around the eighth graphic novel, leaving thirteen graphic novels not even used in the six episode series. Towards the end of the 1990s, Viz Video brought this anime to America. Americans experienced the beauty and elegance of this anime. However when I found out that the series ends around the eighth graphic novel, I had the urge to find a way to influence a big name manga company to publish this intriguing manga.

The purpose of this petition is to:
1) Bring the Please Save My Earth manga in its full entirety to the United States.
2) Express the popularity of Please Save My Earth.
3) Send a mass request to a leading manga company in the United States.

When this manga reaches the United States, its popularity will flourish just as it did in Japan. I hope you fully endorse this request.
