Measuring local parking slots

The Petition is for survey of local city private vehicles that uses 'FREE PARKING' of grocery stores, drug stores, hotels, motels, wholesale stores, medical offices, in-door movie theaters and children entertainment centers (below legal age).
The measuring of private vehicles,city vehicles, and emergency vehicles to ensure such can park within the parkiing areas or parking slots. Preventing door damage, backup damage, or vandalism.
Done per city, due to business, environment and weather.

Defined as: Vehicle (Small, Med, Large).
