The Patriots 7th round draft pick, rookie linebacker Bo Ruud, is wearing number 91. As I am sure you remember, the Patriots had a DE (Marquise Hill) that tragically died on May 27, 2007 who wore number 91. In honor of him, the Patriots wore a #91 sticker on the back of their helmets the entire 2007 season. How is it right that a rookie 7th round pick can take this number after Marquise Hill died just last off-season? Shouldn't the number be "put-away" for at least a few years? He spent his entire career helping Hurricane Katrina victims, he saved a woman's life the day he died, and he was not a bad player- he was a 2nd round draft pick and he participated in the U.S Army All-American Bowl as a High School Student in 2000. Please consider changing Ruud's number.
