Petition for FULL backwards compatibility of ALL original Xbox games, or a reissue of the original Xbox console

To:  Microsoft - Video Games Division and Backwards Compatibility Staff

We, the undersigned, hereby collectively request that Microsoft fully and comprehensively support ALL original Xbox games. They may do so by continuing, and escalating, software backwards compatibility on the Xbox360, or by re-issuing the original Xbox console for purchase in retail stores. Microsoft can do both of these, or either one exclusively. The intention of this petition is to make sure that those individuals who have purchased the original Xbox, and who own a large library of original Xbox games, will be able to continue to play them for as many years as they wish. Currently these individuals are not able to play all of their original Xbox games, as is their right, due to lack of proper updates to software backwards compatibility, or an inability to find a replacement original Xbox console. As this represents many hundreds of dollars per person, and hundreds of thousands collectively, this is an issue which Microsoft must address immediately.
