Ebay policies unfair to sellers |
To: EbayEbay rules are unfair to sellers.
We, the undersigned, believe that Ebay rules are unfairly geared toward the buyer without regard to the sellers rights. Sellers are unable to leave negative feedback should a buyer cause problems. This leaves sellers without any protection from spiteful buyers or scammers. This also defeats the purpose of the feedback system since sellers are not able to be truthful.
Ebay also limits the sellers ability to accept forms of payment besides Paypal, limiting buyers and closing the market for people who are not comfortable using paypal and wish to pay with checks or money orders.
Ebay also limits the sellers rights to accept or not accept returns on items, they rarely investigate the truth behind sales in which people have buyers remorse and ask for a refund with false reasoning.
In short, the sellers who pay all the money for the services of ebay have no protection at all.
Therefore, we ask that Ebay take a closer look at the situation and revise it's policies to return Ebay to the great marketplace it once was.Sincerely,
