Legalization of Quads on streets/Highways

Drive Quads on Streets/Highways because they are more fuel effiecient and cost efficient. This is alternative to street bikes and mopeds for people who feel more comfortable on 4 wheels. Quads have the ability to travel highway speeds and are as safe if not safer than street bikes and mopeds.
