Right To Receive Contract

As members in good standing with the Association of Professional Flight Attendants (APFA) and pursuant to The Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959, we the undersigned are exercising our right to request and receive a copy of the 2001 Collective Bargaining Agreement and as amended by the 2003 Restructuring Participation Agreement (RPA) between American Airlines (The Company) and of the Association of Professional Flight Attendants (The Union), along with all riders and supplements. We request that our (complete) copy be mailed to the address on file with APFA within thirty (30) days of receipt of this petition.
