We pay Congressmen and Congresswomen good money to make more laws. It should be a given that any Congressperson about to vote "YES" on passing another law, should have at LEAST read the bill first! Unfortunately, many bills are passed into laws without the lawmakers even given the time to read them.

This is a petition to force every law maker (including the President) to sign an affidavit that confirms they have actually read the whole bill, word for word, every time they vote "YES" to approve the bill.
