Mt Ayliff Dog Cruelty

To:  SPCA & SAPS - Kokstad

We, the undersigned, call on the responsible authorities in Kokstad (South Africa) to take appropriate action and press charges against the person who wantonly, heartlessly and criminally inflicted such severe injuries to a pet dog by dragging the dog behind a vehicle before throwing the dog from the road into the bushes that the animal had to be euthanased.

We call upon the SASPCA (South African Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) and the SAPS (South African Police Services) to do everything in their power to see that the criminal responsible is punished accordingly.
