Repeal of Automated Traffic Enforcement Ordinance (Red Light Cameras)

To:  Daly City City Council

We, the undersigned, registered voters of the State of California, respectfully order that sections 23-181 through 23-187 of Chapter 23 Article 5 Division 2 of the City of Daly City Municipal code established by Bill 2176, more commonly known as the Automated Traffic Enforcement Ordinance (Red Light Cameras), either immediately be repealed by the Daly City City Council, or be submitted to the voters for their approval or rejection.
