Roland Park Keswick/BCC

We, the undersigned, oppose the proposal by the Keswick Multi-Care Center to build a continuing-care facility on a 17-acre tract of currently open green-space land, extending along Falls Road from Hillside Road to Harvest Road, and at present belonging to the Baltimore Country Club.

We, the undersigned, believe strongly that this proposal is inconsistent with the historic character of our residential community. We favor the preservation of trees and wetlands over more noise and congestion. We oppose the proposed re-zoning of this property.

We request that the Roland Park Civic League explore alternative options that would include preserving the open green space and making it available to the community for recreational use.
