The signers of this petition believe the Postal Service should require all Post Offices in regions where local recycling services exist to have recycling bins to hold paper waste from mail received in P.O. Boxes. This action would save the Postal Service trash disposal costs, limit the filling of over burdened landfills, and reduce the need to make paper products from forests.
