Ford Ranger V8 Option

Dear Ford Motor Company:

We the undersigned petitioners and loyal customers of the Ford Motor Company want Ford to offer the option in the next major redesign of the Ford Ranger a v8 engine to complement its current engine lineup as well as open up competition with Dodge and their comparable model, the Dodge Dakota. We feel this would be a very important step on the behalf of Ford to implement such an option as we know that there would be a very strong interest and a very high purchase rate.
