Release the 'Rabid Child' Video

To:  They Might Be Giants

For nearly twenty-four years, They Might Be Giants have unreasonably refused to release the music video for their 1985 composition "Rabid Child." Despite the video having no apparent objectionable content that would understandably cause this contempt (based on the clip seen in the 'Gigantic' documentary and the description given in tmbg.org's FAQ), John Flansburgh and John Linnell have been steadfast in their refusal to show it. 'Gigantic' director A.J. Schnack was "laughed out of the room" when he asked to include it as an extra on his film's DVD, and now, TMBG is keeping the video from their own members - drummer Marty Beller, when questioned by a fan in Pittsburgh, denied knowing that such a video even existed.

The intention of this petition is to show the band that we, the fans, demand to see the "Rabid Child" music video, and insist that it be released once and for all.

Sincerely,

The Undersigned
