Legal website for subbed japanese anime.

To:  Americans anime viewers

This is an online petition requesting the production of a website dedicated to the importing of Japanese cartoon and animation series, subtitled in English, and distributed at the same pace as the series' release in Japan for American fans of that series. Current targeted series are from Viz Media (example: Naruto, bleach, etc...), and would be released in a high quality streaming video format for viewers to access by logging into the mentioned site.
