Retire Ron Francis' Number 10

To:  The Pittsburgh Penguins

Ron Francis was an integral part of the dominant Pittsburgh Penguins teams of the 1990's both on and off the ice. With his election to the Hockey Hall of Fame this year, it is time for the Penguins organization to recognize his contributions and permanently retire his #10 jersey. This is a recognition long overdue for a player who was so professional and accomplished during his time with the Penguins organization.
