Ryu Ga Gotoku Kenzan and 3 with English Subtitles

This is a petition to request for the NA/EU PS3 release of Ryu ga gotoku Kenzan!(Released in 2008 for the Japanese PS3) and Ryu ga gotaku 3 (coming to Japanese PS3 in feb 2009).
It would preferably be a release with English Subtitles with the dialogue remaining in Japanese would be great as it minimizes the need for heavy localization.
