We, the undersigned, believe that James Edward Rice (Jim Rice), former left-fielder of the Boston Red Sox should be inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame. We would like sportswriters eligible to vote for induction to carefully consider his achievements when voting for next year's inductees.
