Improving "The Row" Infrastructure

To:  Los Angeles City Planners

We, the undersigned, request that the City of Los Angeles properly maintain 28th Street and 30th Street between Figueroa and Hoover Streets.





We request the following:


• Repaving and/or repair of cracks and potholes with the addition of speed bumps


• Repair and regular maintenance of the current drainage system


• Addition of several cement trash cans and recycling bins


• Reevaluate current trash pickup and street cleaning practices


• Installation of a crosswalk on Hoover St. between 28th and 29th Streets





We request that trash cans be installed immediately, and that street paving is completed while USC students are on semester break between December 20, 2007 and January 11, 2008.
