We, the undersigned, support Ruth Oja in the role of chair of the Conservation Advisory Council (CAC) as long as she is willing and able to provide that leadership. Ruth Oja has served our town for decades as a dedicated volunteer on the CAC. For over twenty years, Ruth Oja has served as chair of the CAC. We feel that the CAC has provided an essential role in keeping alive the rural character of Red Hook. The CACs mission is to advise town boards and planning boards on issues of environmental quality.
