This Petition will be forwarded directly to Honourable Stockwell Day, Minister of Public Safety of Canada and Mr.Marcel Proulx Member of Parliament for Hull/Aylmer/Gatineau

in order to Support my son for his right to be Transferred back to Canada to serve the remainder of his sentence of 20 years; which he is now serving in Florida State, Jefferson Correctional Institution. Sacha has been incarcerated in florida for waiting for his transfer since January 31, 2004, Waiting for what should be his fundamental rights as a Canadian.

Sacha needs to come back home where he can have the support of family and friends, the therapy and proper medication for his mental disorder "Bipolar".

pour démontrer votre support envers le retour de mon fils au Canada: pour y servir le reste ca peine de 20 ans. Sacha est incarcéré dans une prison fédérale à sécurité moyenne en Floride depuis le 31 janvier 2004: Sacha attend sont transfèrement international, Le gouvernment refuse de lui rendre un de ces droits fondamentaux comme canadien, en lui refusant le droit de revenir dans son pays.

Sacha doit être transféré au canada ,ou il aura le support de sa famille et de ses amis ainsi qu'au médicament et la thérapie approprié pour sa maladie mentale" bipolaire ".
