San Clemente Supports Target

To:  San Clemente City Council

I urge the San Clemente City Council to move forward as soon as possible with a proposal by Target to purchase and develop the City's Vista Hermosa property.





San Clemente's families need a decent place to shop in San Clemente for everyday needs. Having residents drive to Aliso Viejo or Mission Viejo is unacceptable.





A Target will substantially increase the economic tax base for the City. A city that is currently struggling to make ends meet. Why should our tax dollars continue to go outside the City to Costco, Target, Shops at Mission Viejo, etc.
