Protest over republication of depicted cartoons of Prophet Muhammad SAS (Peace be upon Him) by leading Danish daily news papers hurting the religious sentiments of trillions of the Muslim- Indian Union Government to register its protest to the Danish Government and urge to prosecute the publishers of depicted cartoons under Section 266b of the Danish Penal Code

I strongly condemn the sinful and wicked act of republication of provocative cartoons of Prophet Muhammad SAS (Peace be upon Him) by leading Danish daily news papers in their editions dated: 13-2-2008 hurting the religious sentiments of trillions of the Muslim across the world, since Islam laws prohibit depiction of the Prophet SAS. I express my grave concern over rapidly growing incidents of humiliation to the Muslims such as, abusive, insulting and morally bad and highly objectionable contents and frames about the Prophet Mohammad (Peace be upon Him) over the websites :http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Muhammad,http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Maome.jpg

I urge the Union Government to register its protest to the Government of Denmark for republication of the depicted cartoons of Prophet Muhammad SAS that hurting the sentiments of a particular religious community and further urge the Danish Government to prosecute the publishers under Section 266-B of the Danish Penal Code which provides for “criminal prosecution and conviction for dissemination of any communication by which a group of people is ‘threatened, insulted or degraded on account of their race, color, national or ethnic origin or creed…” The initiative of the prosecution would serve to cool down religious passions all over the Muslim world.
