We the loyal fans of Blizzard Entertainment demand that these changes be made

Problem: Keeping Fans In The Dark
Beta releases of Starcraft 2 and Diablo 3 aren't open to everyone in the early stages of development.

Solution: Open Beta Tests in all stages of development
Fan support would become profound. Thus the Diablo 3 petition would have never existed. Blizzard games would be polished to their fullest with a united community of fans.
