TangyOrange Customizability

This is a petition to allow customization on the TangyOrange theme, thus making it more appliciable to the interests of a greater usergroup. This customization would allow you to choose the accented colour of the theme (in the default case, "orange") to whatever you want, so you could have any sort of colour-on-black scheme that suits your fancy.

Signing this petition gets us one step closer to this goal!
