In only twenty-one states in the United States are people swabbed for dna upon arrest. Swabbing has solved thousands of cases, while also freeing those who were innocent.
The following petitioners strongly demand that all fifty states of the United States and U.S. terroritories swab any and all people upon arrest regardless of their: color, creed, race, religion, sexual orientation, place of birth, language, intelligence, or economic background.
In doing so, countless numbers will be brought to justice while those who are innocent will be freed.
