Social Security Administration Account Falsification Deterrence

To:  U.S Congress

Esteemed Representatives,

We the undersigned respectfully request a full public accounting of the monies collected and retained for public trust by the Social Security Administration; hereafter referred to as the SSA.

Whereas,
There has been a rapid increase of Illegal Immigrants utilizing falsified documentation in order to secure and maintain employment in the United States of America.

There is no timely system employed by the SSA to inform employers of any false Social Security Number being used by an employee.

There is no system for redirecting funds obtained by the SSA on behalf of a falsified Social Security account.

The undersigned deem it necessary for a public accounting of these funds in order to ensure that the SSA maintain account viability for those in the public trust engaged in utilizing a personal valid Social Security Account.

And also to ensure that the monies paid to falsified Social Security Accounts are redirected to viable non defense oriented economic growth programs, or existing valid Social Security Accounts.

The Accounting is requested to identify to the citizenry the following information for the period of time beginning January 1, 1995 and ending December 31, 2007 to be tallied into seperate reports by year:
Total number of valid SSA accounts.
Total number of invalid and /or falsified SSA accounts.
Total Monies collected by SSA.
Total monies deposited to valid SSA accounts.
Total monies deposited to invalid and/or falsified SSA accounts.
Location of Monies deposited to invalid and/or falsified SSA accounts.
Plan of action for any monies tied to invalid and/or falsified SSA accounts to be returned to valid SSA accounts.
