Citizens’ Petition: Don’t Take Away the Downtown Saratoga Springs, NY Price Chopper

To:  Golub Family (owners of Price Chopper), Bonacio Construction, and the Saratogian

We urge Price Chopper to reconsider the possible sale of its store on Railroad Place in downtown Saratoga Springs, NY. The store is downtown Saratoga Springs’ only full-service, affordable grocer. Its loss would impoverish the community and result in loss of service to many residents and visitors whose only or preferred means of transportation are walking or biking.
