We the signed petitioners as Concerned Hunters, or otherwise DO NOT AGGREE with ANY proposed Legislation/Ordinance for, Canandaigua NY or NY State Legislation regarding Waterfowl Hunting on Canandaigua Lake. We agree that the current Laws set by the United States and New York State Government are adequate and NO further Legislation and or Ordinance is needed. We the undersigned urge the Canandaigua City Council, City/Town of Canandaigua, NY , Canandaigua Supervisor Mr. Sam Casella to take NO action on creating Legislation or Ordinance regarding ANY Waterfowl Regulations On Canandaigua Lake especially a designated "Safety Zone" of 150 Yards.
