I, the undersigned citizen of the United States, petition the U. S. Congress to only support health care reform with the following principles:

* Contains cost control measures including tort reform
* Will not punish Americans choice to determine what level of health insurance (if any) they need.
* Will not add to the debt of our nation directly or indirectly
* Constitutionally compliant within the enumerated powers of Article I Section XIII

Any member of Congress supporting legislation contrary to these principles will not receive my support in future elections.
