To TechTV, Vulcan Ventures and Comcast Corporation
In regards to the recent article in the Wall Street Journal about the chance that TechTV might we sold, we TechTV fans ask that you consider selling TechTV to Comcast.

Comcast is America's largest cable company with over 22 million subscribers. By selling the channel to Comcast, it will allow Comcast to:
1. Provide the channel to all of its systems, including those who deleted the channel (like Comcast of NJ).
2. Reduce programming costs for Comcast's subscribers since the channel will be essentially "free."
3. Provide a needed cash infusion to an ailing Vulcan Ventures.
4. Use its synergies with G4 to make a more efficient, cost effective channel.
5. Provide the necessary funding to create new, original shows.
6. Work with its high-speed Internet division to give more timely video on the Comcast.net portal.
7. Increased revenue stream for Comcast, thus reducing price increase pressue by strengthening its TechTV OnDemand offering.
8. Provide another revenue area for Comcast from subscriptions from other cable and satellite companies.
