Your Government is requested to urgently amend all relevant State laws to prevent journalists being compelled to disclose the names of confidential sources of information or produce anything that might identify a source unless there is substantial advancement of the public interest or risk of substantial harm to people, in accordance with the Journalists' Code of Ethics.
