Remove Skipper/Biogal from Moderator Status at Atari

We the members, or Former members of Atari Forums, Hereby decree that Skipper and Biogal should be removed from their status as Moderators. They have blatantly attacked people verbally in written form and publicly on the Atari Forums. Issue warnings/Infractions for no reason but their own. And put their personal feelings and agenda's before their actual obligations as Moderators
