Release "Bon Voyage Charlie Brown" on DVD

It has been years since Charles Schulz has passed away and even longer since “Bon Voyage Charlie Brown” was originally released at the last of the Peanuts movies. Since then publishers have released “Complete Peanuts” volumes, and you, yourselves, have released several classic Peanuts films. Indeed, the Peanuts cartoons are an American icon, represented every year with the airing of various holiday Peanuts films.







But the reach of this classic is limited by the incomplete release of several of the Peanuts movies, including “Bon Voyage Charlie Brown”—one of the best animated features in American cinema. There are two good reasons for issuing this film on DVD. One is to keep the memory of Charles Schulz alive in American culture, the other is to offer access to those who have long awaited its overdue digital release.







There is money to be made here and it’s the right thing to do.
