SONY ERICSSON versus THE CONSUMER

If you own a Sony Ericsson T610 and a Bluetooth headset and are experiencing a crackling noise through the earpiece of the headset while making a call, then please sign this petition.

Sony Ericsson is in complete denial about this problem and is refusing to do anything about it. According to their customer complaints department in the UK this problem has never been heard of before as no-one has logged the fault on their helpdesk. This is untrue!

I know many of you are experiencing this and have reported the problem to them, yet their turning a blind eye as the financial implications of them admitting this would prove costly.

If Sony Ericsson were not aware of this problem, why did they release a firmware upgrade (RL1013) to combat the issue? The upgrade has reduced the crackling slightly for a small minority but not for others like myself. Which leads me to believe this is a hardware issue.

Why should we, as the consumer tolerate this? Its time to stand up and make our selves heard.
