Dear Sirs,
Re: Ticket stock capping to Zero
We have been you agents and have been selling tickets on your services for many years.
Until now we have had a reasonably good relationship and have been happy to promote your sales.
Unfortunately you have chosen to break the contract we have signed with IATA on your behalf and have decided that you will pay us no commission for sale of your tickets. We see no reason to promote an airline who refuses to remunerate us for our services. As a mark of protest we ask you to immediately reduce our capping on SQ/MI to Zero. We shall not sell you until you decide to restore our commission to a fair level as demanded by our Association.
