Dear Sirs,

Re: Your failure to honour the contract signed with us

We have been your accredited agents and have been selling tickets on your services for many years. We signed the Passenger Agency Sales Agreement, which IATA signed on your behalf, and which guaranteed us a rightful remuneration for selling your services. Until now, we have had a reasonably good relationship and have been happy to promote your sales.

Unfortunately you have chosen to break our contract and have unilaterally decided that you will pay us no commission for sale of your tickets.

While the three Indian carriers have restored commission and accept the value-add that agents provide, you have refused point blank.

We see no reason to promote an airline who refuses to remunerate us for our services. As a mark of protest we intend to ask you to immediately reduce our capping on SQ/MI to Zero. We shall not sell you until you decide to restore our commission to a fair level as demanded by our Association.
