We, the undersigned residents of the Province of Alberta, hereby petition the Minister of the Environment, to exercise his discretion to require an Environmental Impact Assessment to determine the need for and examine the environmental effects of Waste Management Inc.’s proposed Class II Landfill, located within the County of Thorhild.
