Take Away Tax Exemption Of South Carolina Church

Scott Jay Newman, a priest in South Carolina has sent a letter to parishioners implying they have put their souls at risk for voting for Obama. He stated that voting for a pro choice candidate is basically "evil." the IRS does not allow churches to intervene with political campaigns and elections, so isn't there something that prohibits a priest from making such statements? Sign the petition to help try to get attention to this, and hopefully take their tax exemption away.
