No Tour de l'Ile de Montreal in TMR Without Charity

We the undersigned residents of the Town of Mount-Royal request that Le Tour de l'Ile de Montreal not be allowed upon the streets of TMR in 2009, and in the future, unless the "45,000" participants of Velo Quebec events are invited to raise funds for Montreal's two children's hospitals.
