We, the undersigned, believe that the right to privacy is one of our fundamental rights as citizens. The use of RFID (Radio Frequency Identification Devices) has the potential to expose our private data and violate our rights. We ask that you follow the examples of California, North Dakota, and Wisconsin by passing legislation to ban employers from requiring their employees to submit to RFID implants. This is a serious and pressing problem, and we ask to you to act now.
